Registered Nurse - Bank – Richmond Villages, Witney Care Home, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 5DG

Pay: £22.50 per hour plus 10% night enhancement

Shift Pattern:
8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and continuous professional development.
• A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude that encourages a supportive working environment.
• A naturally caring, hands‑on approach with a flair for supporting people’s independence, choice and dignity.
• An effective communicator who builds strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
• A passion for coaching, guiding and supporting the team, and providing formal and informal training programmes.
