This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.The Company We’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.

The Role:

This role is for a Goods in Inspector —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Receipt and evaluation of inspections of complex components and assemblies
• Ensuring compliance with all associated quality procedures, airworthiness control plans, and quality management system requirements
• Using aerospace knowledge and expertise to inspect finished products, thereby ensuring conformance with MAA/FAA/EASA Part 145 specifications and established quality standards, including customer requirements
• Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information
• Issue Discrepancy Reports
• Document and record non-conformance process issues
• Represent the Quality Management Department
