Property Manager – Witney

£32,000 yearly salary. Are you seeking a new opportunity in Property Management? We’re partnered with a boutique property management company in Oxford who’re looking for a Property Manager to manage a local, residential portfolio of 150 properties. The portfolio mainly consists of 2/3 bed houses, inventories are outsourced, and property visits are scheduled for every 6 months. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment.

You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).

• Managing a local portfolio of residential properties
• Conducting property inspections when needed
• Providing excellent customer service
• Liaising efficiently with other departments
• Issuing section notices when needed

• £32,000 salary
• Full-time 9-5 Monday-Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:30-12:30
• ARLA qualification sponsorship
• 28 days annual leave
• Great opportunities for progression

• Over a year's experience in property management
• Full UK driving license
• Customer-service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
