Chef de Partie

• Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running your own section in our busy kitchens – food preparation, service and ordering.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or five years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a larger kitchen.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Sociable hours – daytime working only.
• 40 hours per week.
• Two fixed days off during the week.
• 28 days holiday per annum.
