Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for a Waiter to join our dynamic The Brasserie team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,916.96 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Brasserie.
• Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, with a commitment to excellence.
• You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.
• Additionally, your skills in up selling and encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
