As a head chef you will oversee a large brigade in the preparation and cooking of dishes in a specific station according to recipes and specifications, managing the team to ensure efficient running of day-to-day operations.
You will ensure high quality food , proper portion control and plating while maintaining a clean and sanitised work station.
37.5 hour working week, 5 out of 7 ( will include weekends)
Own transport essential due to rural location
5 year background security check required
