Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Waiter at Estelle Manor, you will initially support our outdoor summer activations, including pool service, before transitioning into other areas of the operation once the season concludes.

The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £32,716.96 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96 plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• As a Waiter, you’ll be delivering a warm and memorable experience for every event held at Estelle.
• You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy service periods.
• Additionally, your skills in encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
