Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a Commis Waiter to join our dynamic Billiards Room team. The Billiards Room offers a menu of traditional Chinese dishes with particular focus on dim sum and showstopping favourites including char siu belly pork and an irresistible whole roast duck.

The on target earning potential for this Commis Waiter role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Our Commis Waiters at Estelle Manor will be required to set tables, serve food orders, complete mise en place for service and remove used dishes and items from tables and generally preempting the waiters needs. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the member experience is in line with Estelle Manor standards.
