Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As Event & Groups Sales Executive at Estelle Manor, you will convert group enquiries into confirmed bookings, guiding guests from first enquiry through to contracting stage. You’ll create tailored proposals, host engaging site visits, and build strong relationships to drive revenue and repeat business. Working closely with the wider Events teams, you’ll ensure a seamless handover post contract and deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage.

• At least 2 years experience in luxury hotel sales or events with a proven track record of success. You will embody the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
• Highly driven and motivated, possessing immense pride in your work. Passionate about delivering the highest standards for our guests in line with the Estelle Manor brand.
• A resilient and "can do" attitude to problem solving and overcoming obstacles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Building constructive and meaningful connections both internally and externally come second nature to you.
• You want to be a part of a team that works hard, supports each other when needed but above all has fun along the way.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £35,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*.
