Key Information

• Hourly rate starts at £14.76, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply.
• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; you can also work fewer hours with a minimum of 12.
• Availability windows:
  Thu 15:00–00:00, Fri 15:00–00:00, Sat 10:00–16:00. You will receive a minimum of 3‑week notice of shift dates.

• Work in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment.
• Own delivery activities by running daily operations and coordinating the team for seamless home‑shopping delivery.
• Prioritise workload to ensure equipment and van loading run smoothly.
• Continuously improve service and safety by coaching and providing feedback.
• Understand centre performance and support managers with practical actions for improvement.
• Guide, coach and oversee colleagues, ensuring they work the right tasks at the right times.
• Lead the day‑to‑day replenishment operation, ensuring deliveries are processed and the centre stays clean and tidy.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with colleagues and foster team spirit.
• Communicate clearly, keeping the team well informed.
• Interact with customers, visitors, contractors and the security team.
• Make decisions efficiently and adapt to change to keep operations running smoothly.
• Motivate others to exceed expectations and manage priorities effectively.
• Seek ideas and opportunities to enhance customer, community and environmental service.

• Experience in a fulfilment or retail environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Positive, customer‑first attitude.
