Showcasing a blend of established and emerging designers, The Muse delivers an elevated, personalised shopping experience for members and guests.

As a Retail Assistant within Estelle Manor, you will pride yourself on delivering exceptional service, with a keen focus on engagement and relationship building with our members and guests. With a strong knowledge of brands, visual merchandising, data reporting and sales across fashion, homeware and jewellery, you will offer personalised recommendations to our members and guests, anticipating their needs where possible to provide a luxurious retail experience.

Please note:

we have an anticipated start date for this role of April 2026.

• Previous experience in luxury retail is essential for this role with a strong understanding of both luxury service and retail operations.
• Experience managing the daily procedures, set up and standards of a premium retail outlet.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in commission and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
