At Boldt, our Superintendents are trusted leaders responsible for delivering complex construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll lead field operations, coordinate craft professionals and trade partners, and work alongside project teams to bring healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects to life. Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
