We are seeking a Customer Service and Soft Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests and orders, troubleshoot complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, has high attention to detail, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
ResponsibilitiesReceive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, general computer knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
