Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and growUse a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learningImplement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.Lead Teacher Requirements: / What Qualifies You as a Lead?
High School Diploma / GEDAt least six months of professional teaching experience (one-year preferred)Possess one of the following: CDA, an Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related fieldCredit hours and experience that aligns with Michigan Licensing GuidelinesThere are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
