* - Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in field service, ideally with a focus on water/wastewater systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting control systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Familiar with SCADA systems and various communication protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
- Adept at analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to changing field environments and balance various service needs.
- Professional integrity and a results-driven approach to exceeding customer expectations.
