Senior Tax Manager

Our client, a privately held national firm in the financial services and wealth management industry, was founded in 2006. With a broad U.S. footprint, the organization and its affiliates advise on over $560B in assets, supporting high-net-worth clients through comprehensive, integrated wealth solutions.

• Competitive pay with a base salary range of $99,000 – $210,000 annually (based on location and experience)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private accounting, or financial planning
• CPA or EA required
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients, partnerships, trusts, and closely held entities
• Strong technical tax research and regulatory knowledge
• Proficiency with tax compliance software (CCH or GOSystem preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff
• Strong attention to detail

• Lead, mentor, and guide the tax team to drive results and develop future tax leaders
• Build and retain client relationships while ensuring deadlines and client needs are met
• Partner with peers to deliver strategic tax planning solutions for high-net-worth clients
• Manage consulting and tax projects, including charitable giving and private foundation planning
• Review tax returns, projections, extensions, and related work papers and financial statements
