PAID TRAINING STARTS 9/24!!Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
- Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records.
- Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery.
- Obtain prior authorizations and process prescription refills.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure coverage and compliance.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
- Utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer applications and data entry.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks at various stages of completion is a PLUS!
- Previous experience requiring clear and calm communication by phone.
- Previous experience requiring the ability to effectively use computer system and maintain good records.
- Must be computer literate. Skills testing required.
- High school diploma or GED
