Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor looking to make a real impact on people’s health and recovery? Join our dynamic Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists team, where movement meets healing!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic, rehab‑focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists
, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement

• Lead one‑on‑one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions
• Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations
• Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans
• Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention
• Foster a welcoming and healing environment

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)
• Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
• Compassionate, patient, and team‑oriented mindset

• Work in a supportive, professional healthcare setting
• Collaborate with experienced physical therapists & wellness experts
