- Conduct cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on medical devices including beds, infusion pumps, patient monitoring equipment, etc.
- Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in both movable medical equipment (MME) and patient handling equipment (PHE).
- Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction.
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Demonstrated understanding of servicing medical device requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
