Dynamics 365 CE Functional​/BA

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with proven experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 CE implementations, working closely with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. This role involves hands‑on configuration, documentation, training, and support across various phases of the project lif
ecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and technical environments.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, specifically within automotive projects.
• Perform project scoping, functional design, documentation, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
• Conduct workshops and assist in the development of training materials for end users.
• Ensure solution quality, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
• Provide mentoring and training to users and team members.
• Maintain compliance with project standards and best practices.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development project implementation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE Functional/BA roles, with focus on Sales and Service modules.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in automotive industry projects.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and functionality.
• Experience managing large‑scale ERP implementations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

• Experience in mentoring and training users.
• Familiarity with project documentation standards and quality assurance practices.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders face‑to‑face.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred)
