S4 Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to perform duties requiring the theoretical and practical application of specialized knowledge in enterprise HR systems, cloud-based ERP solutions, and business process optimization. This position qualifies as a specialty occupation and requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
DetailedJob Duties
- Design, configure, implement, and support Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Perform Workday configuration including business process frameworks, security roles, and reporting
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Create custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support
- Participate in system upgrades, releases, and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- Experience working with Workday HCM or Financials
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
- Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of integration tools such as EIB and Core Connectors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Workday Studio and advanced integrations
- Familiarity with Workday Security and Payroll modules
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules
