Light Guide, Inc. is the leading projected augmented reality (AR) work instruction software platform that transforms manual manufacturing processes for companies worldwide. • Hourly, full time temporary, non-exempt on-site

• The Product Innovation Co-op will work closely with all facets of the Light Guide team including leadership, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing with the goal to support high quality customer demonstrations in the Light Guide Innovation Center and to drive the evolution of our flagship Light Guide TM AR software application portfolio.

• Create, improve, and maintain demonstrations in the Light Guide Innovation Center, including both hardware and software.
• Work with customers, operations, and engineering tobeta test versions of Light Guide software.
• Author and record Light Guide workflows to create high quality proof of concept videos for specific customer projects.
• Collaborate with the operations team to draft Light Guide workflows ahead of final installation.
• Assist in the maintenance of Light Guide’s internal hardware database.
• Assistin setting up key customer software platforms in the innovation center to showcase Light Guide working with those platforms.
• Conduct internal, voice of customer, and market research to generate and refine product requirements.
