• Manual and CNC Machine Set‑Up and Operation (our most in‑demand positions)

• Operate manual and CNC machines for production tasks
• Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills (Algebra or higher)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical knowledge
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Experience with CNC or manual machine set‑up and operation
• Experience with tool steel
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc
• Proficient blueprint reading skills

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Mandatory Saturdays (up to 14 per year):
  Day 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
  Night 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Average 45–50 hours per week, with overtime available
