People Ready of Westland, MI is now hiring Electronics Assembly Technicians in Wixom, MI! As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and wire harnesses while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Electronics Assembly Technician:

• Assemble and install through-hole electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)

• Identify, position, and place electronic components accurately

• Perform soldering and use basic electronic assembly tools

• Build and assemble wire harnesses for PCBs and electronic assemblies

• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wires according to specifications

• Work with connectors, terminals, and basic hand tools

• Read and follow wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

• Previous experience in electronics assembly, PCB assembly, soldering, or wire harness assembly preferred

• Ability to identify and accurately place electronic components

• Familiarity with soldering equipment, connectors, terminals, and basic hand tools

• Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and written instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to perform detailed assembly work accurately and efficiently

• Valid Driver's License Required
