This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll:

• Lead the experience:
  Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Be the solution:
  Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction

  Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Be in the know:
  Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
