Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process by processing leads from trade shows, customer tech days, webinars, and web forms using our sales enablement tool to communicate detailed product information to potential customers and asking pointed questions to determine sales potential before passing leads to our US sales team. After processing the leads, the Pre-Sales Specialist will work directly with the sales team members to ensure that the leads are progressed through the sales funnel and attributed to the appropriate marketing channel.
Your tasks will include but not limited to:- Pre-Sales/Lead Development/ Inside Sales for dSPACE North America using marketing and sales enablement tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, D365-CE, and Seamless AI.
- Proactively and quickly initiating communications and follow up with potential customers via email, phone, etc. using defined follow-up process with metrics and proven templates.
- Process and record all MQL, SQL, as well as the conversion metrics.
- Manage incoming leads via dSPACE Info Line (web form): follow up, qualify, and route leads to appropriate team members.
- Manage bi-weekly and monthly meetings with Account Managers to ensure conversion of leads.
- Keep CRM data clean and manage data entry for all events and campaigns.
- Record and monitor inbound lead trends to guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Assist in other sales and marketing activities as needed.
- 1-2 years Inside Sales Experience.
- BA Degree or similar level of experience
- CRM Experience required, MS D365 helpful.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Able to travel within and outside the US approx. 10%.
