Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is growing in our Detroit Area market and hiring Sales Consultants! As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners. You will conduct in‑home consultations, provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners
• Provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a superior homeowner experience
• Work within a customer‑focused, consultative selling framework

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of in‑home or outside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments many evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs, occasionally reach from floor to above shoulder level, lift up to 55 lbs, and place items on raised surfaces

Paid training: $25 /hr for 10 weeks ($1,000 /week)

• Competitive salary between $150,000–$250,000, plus performance bonuses

Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments based on quarterly operating profit performance.
