Position Summary:

Ainsworth Inc is seeking a sales professional to focus on expanding our preventative maintenance services within Michigan by targeting new customers to grow our portfolio. This role offers a great opportunity for a growth-oriented sales professional.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell preventative maintenance services to new and existing clients confidently and persuasively while maximizing profit.
  • Manage mid-level market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory.
  • Engineer, write specifications, develop cost proposals, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients involved in decision-making. Listen actively, identify concerns, understand each customer's business, and demonstrate technical expertise to build credibility, loyalty, and trust.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Exceed margin targets while pursuing sales orders in the assigned territory.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all duties safely, complying with health, safety, environmental policies, and regulations.
  • Adhere to the company's quality system operating procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree or Diploma from university or college.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in technical services.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
