Senior Recruiting Manager at KBW Financial Staffing & RecruitingKBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing technology company on a search for a Senior Accountant. This is a hands‑on role and an excellent opportunity to join an organization poised to double in size over the next 1–2 years.
Senior Accountant – General LedgerSenior Accountant will focus on the general ledger and play an active role in process improvements as the company scales. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the month‑end close process
- Perform complex account reconciliations and analysis
- Assist with financial statement preparation
- Prepare and support monthly reporting
- Handle inventory accounting activities
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Inventory or manufacturing experience preferred, but open to other industries
Compensation: $85 -$105K plus bonus, equity
Hybrid: 4 days in office/week
