SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- CAM pool reconciliations
- Security deposit tracking
- Forecasting and budgeting modules
- Inputting and interpreting HUD / closing statements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity or property / fund accounting
- Ability to work underneath a Controller, directly supporting operational workflows
- Strong attention to detail with hands-on execution rather than oversight-only roles
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic, scaling environment
- Fund Accounting & Real Estate Investment Accounting knowledge
- Familiar with asset-level and entity-level accounting
- Experience with Fund-level reporting and allocations
- Advanced Yardi experience is required
- Experience with real estate closing documentation
