Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

25–30 hours per week | In-Office Only | Wilmington, MA | Monteforte Law, P.C.

The First Face of the Firm. The Voice That Sets the Tone.

Do you naturally make people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? Are you that rare person who notices the details, stays organized, and always follows through? Do you enjoy talking on the phone? If you’re reliable, warm, and love helping people feel taken care of, this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a part-time receptionist (25–30 hours/week) to join Monteforte Law, a boutique estate planning and elder law firm. In this role, you’ll be the first person our clients meet – both on the phone and in person – and the steady presence that keeps our front office running smoothly.

Who We Are

Monteforte Law, P.C. is a growing, modern estate planning and elder law firm based in Wilmington, MA. We work primarily with higher‑income families seeking thoughtful, personalized planning – not cookie‑cutter documents.

We offer proprietary trust strategies, long‑term care planning, and compassionate guidance through life’s biggest decisions. Our team is friendly, tight‑knit, and committed to providing a top‑tier client experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls with a polished, friendly tone
  • Scheduling client meetings and managing the front desk calendar
  • Monitoring and organizing the general inbox
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Keeping the front office and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assisting with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, ordering supplies)
  • Maintaining a calm, reassuring presence for clients who may be dealing with emotional family or planning matters
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative assistant
  • (Law firm or medical office experience is a plus.)
  • Are organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable—nothing slips through the cracks
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently (especially over the phone)
  • Stay calm under pressure and can balance multiple tasks at once
  • Show up on time, follow systems, and take pride in delivering excellent service
  • Are comfortable learning new software and processes— we’ll train you
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team
This Role Is Not For You If You:
  • Want a remote or hybrid position—this role is fully in‑office
  • Don’t enjoy talking on the phone or interacting with people
  • Get overwhelmed easily by multitasking
  • Prefer to “wing it” instead of following established systems
  • Believe that “good enough” is acceptable
  • Are looking for a job instead of a long‑term role
Schedule & Hours

This is a part‑time position, 25–30 hours per week.

We are flexible within these ranges:

  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with a short break)

The hours will be set based on the needs of the firm and the candidate’s availability, but all schedules fall within standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Get
  • Part‑time, consistent weekday hours
  • A fun, supportive team environment (we celebrate wins, birthdays, and milestones)
  • The opportunity to be the welcoming face of a firm that truly makes a difference
  • A meaningful role helping families navigate important life decisions
  • A stable, long‑term position for the right person

Monteforte Law, P.C. is an equal opportunity employer. We hire people who care deeply, work hard, and treat others with kindness and respect.
