Reporting to the Revenue Insights Director, you’ll play a key role in analysing data, optimising processes, and improving efficiency across the business. You’ll be the bridge between teams, transforming numbers into meaningful insights that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by analysing performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate across go-to-market teams to support core operations such as sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement data models to solve complex business challenges.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales leadership and other stakeholders.
- Assist with data reconciliation and quality exercises, ensuring teams maintain high data standards.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to boost operational efficiency.
- Contribute to key strategic projects such as operational planning, account mapping, and training programmes.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, financial analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks (e.g. Google Looker) for enhanced productivity.
