• Oversee all daily operations on active job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and uphold high-quality standards.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Act as on‑site leader, providing solutions, guidance, and updates to clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Review and distribute updated plans, blueprints, and RFIs for clear communication.
• Develop strong relationships with local subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial construction superintendent with tenant improvement/build‑out experience.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, Gantt charts, and construction scheduling.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Reliable transportation; truck preferred.
