Project Coordinator

TOCCI has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator.

TOCCI is hiring a Project Coordinator to support its project and field management teams. The Project Coordinator is the link between project teams and corporate accounting, responsible for subcontract administration, insurance compliance, owner and subcontractor payment applications, and accurate project records in Procore, Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) and Textura from project setup through closeout.

• Set up new projects and maintain project data in Procore, Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) and Textura
• Monitor subcontractor insurance certificates and renewals, and notify project leadership of gaps before they affect work
• Work with the Project Manager to prepare Owner Applications for Payment and compile supporting documentation, including lien waivers and other applicable documents
• Review and process subcontractor payment applications, change orders and lien waivers
• Compare information across multiple systems for financial consistency
• Manage project closeout, including final payment applications
• Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization, including field offices, utilities, services and supplies.

The ideal candidate is thorough, well organized and attentive to deadlines. They follow up with subcontractors persistently while maintaining good working relationships, and they handle financial and contractual information with discretion.

Required
:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (accounting, economics or business preferred) or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of administrative experience at a construction management or trade firm
• Proficiency in Procore, Timberline, Textura and Microsoft Office

Preferred
:

• Experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, subcontractor insurance, OCIP and other compliance processes
• Familiarity with HH2, Procore, Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) and Textura
• $65,000 – $75,000
