Project Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong wood‑frame construction experience and can manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure jobsite safety and quality.

• Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work meets project schedules, plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and schedule updates.
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and quality concerns.
• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Direct experience with wood‑frame construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with construction reporting and project management software.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time project delivery.
• Ability to navigate active construction sites, including uneven surfaces and stairs.
