The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting a hospitality‑focused Concierge. This role meets and greets residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner daily. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community.
SchedulePart‑time: weekends 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
Salary$20–$23 per hour.

- Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
- Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers so that organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served, preventing escalation.
- Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify residents.
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
