KITCHEN DESIGNER - CABINET SALES (Woburn, MA) Carole Kitchen and Bath Design Studio is seeking an experienced kitchen designer. Carole's is a well-established, respected, and reliable single-location design studio. We have a team of 8 kitchen designers, 3 showroom support staff, 4 warehouse team members, and 3 customer service managers who help you maximize your earning potential. Carole's is owner-operated and has been in business since 1993.

The majority of our team has been with us for many years, some for over 20 years. We have consistently strong lead generation, thanks to literally thousands of past happy clients, builder partners, a fantastic showroom, and strong contractor referrals.

Every year we deliver hundreds kitchens throughout Eastern Mass. We are looking for a kitchen designer to join our team who has at least 5 years working within the Kitchen and Bath industry and who has mastered the 2020 Design Flex software platform from Cyncly. Applicants must understand how to design cabinets into spaces (kitchen, bath, mud room, laundry room, outdoors, etc.).

Candidates need to be sales driven, detail oriented, great at working with people (contractors, homeowners, and co-workers), organized, and able to manage priorities in a busy design studio showroom environment. Contact us today with your resume.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the cabinetry design and installation process.
• Working with third party contractors, installers, and carpenters.
• Tracking customer leads and generating new ones.
• Maintaining an adequate knowledge of products, industry trends and pricing.
• Determining the customer’s needs, budget level, and desired outcome.
• Measuring the job and scheduling follow up meetings.
• Design using 2020 Design Flex software.
• Explaining a written proposal/quote, renderings, and design elements.
• Identifying and resolving problems that may have developed during the job.
• Travelling (once or twice a year) to either an industry show (KBIS) or to cabinet manufacturers.
