Cardiology Physician

Cardiology opening in Woburn, MAFull-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist to join practice.

• Strong interest and experience in both outpatient and inpatient cardiology and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
• The candidate will spend an average of three days per week in Woburn at the outpatient clinic, with the remainder of time at the hospital for diagnostic testing and inpatient services.
• This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice and provide expert inpatient care for complex referral patients.
• Skills or interest in cardiovascular imaging, vascular medicine, and/or advanced heart disease
Role:
• Work collaboratively with 3 non-invasive cardiologists and 1 advanced practitioner in the outpatient setting, as well as 3 additional inpatient cardiologists
• Clinical:
  Approximately 80% outpatient & 20% inpatient
• Provide ER/inpatient consult services at Winchester Hospital
• Participate in a night, weekend, and holiday call schedule. Approximately 1:7
• Additional training/certification in echocardiography, nuclear medicine, cardiac CT, and/or MRI is welcome
• Take part in growing an outpatient cardiology practice with adequate operational support
• Collaboratively work with a seasoned group of PCPs in the network who directly refer, including those embedded in the same practice
• Provide high-quality inpatient cardiology care
• Direct the management of complex cardiology patients
