Requirements- 4-6 years of professional land surveying experience in civil/site development or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (or Micro Station) and survey data processing software.
- Experience with modern survey instruments: total stations, GPS/GNSS systems, data collectors.

- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans and perform field-to-finish workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work outdoors year-round and travel to various project sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary design or engineering firm.
- Familiarity with 3D scanning, drone surveying, or photogrammetry workflows.
- Interest in pursuing professional licensure in the future (PLS or SIT).
- Familiarity with Massachusetts and New England land surveying standards and permitting processes.
- Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, and as-built surveys.
- Perform field data collection using GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, and other modern surveying instruments.
