This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving complex problems, and helping take innovative designs all the way to scalable production.

This is not a leadership or management‑track position. We’re looking for a strong contributor who thrives as part of a team, communicates well with diverse groups, and is driven to make the company as successful as possible.

Requirements
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical testing tools (DMMs, oscilloscopes, torque tools, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and test procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety, proper use of PPE, OSHA standards and all typical workplace safety guidelines.
  • Battery technology or grid‑scale energy storage experience a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in building, assembling, and testing prototypes and production units.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, test set‑ups, data collection, and documentation.
  • Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for product or system issues.
  • Maintain lab equipment, tools, and test fixtures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Perform shipping, supply organization, and inventory tracking duties.
What We Offer
  • Three weeks paid time off
  • Sick pay
  • Parental leave
  • Ten paid holidays

  • 401(k) match
