Primary Responsibility – The Customer Quality Project Manager Co‑op will support customer quality and engineering with customer project management. Lead small projects under the supervision of the customer quality engineering team. Work with all levels of engineering to gather data, conduct root‑cause analysis, establish process flows based on input provided, and design new procedures. Identify bottlenecks and work with cross‑functional teams to find and implement solutions.

Support the project manager in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members. Assist with documentation and other project deliverables. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem‑solving skills in a business environment.

• Current Junior or Senior undergrad studying Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering for a Co‑op in Woburn, MA.
• Must be a local student or be able to temporarily relocate to work full‑time hours from May/June through December 2026 at this location.
• Experience using statistical software to analyze data, troubleshoot, lead teams, and resolve issues is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of project management skills and quality assurance tools (8D problem solving).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and able to quickly learn other company‑specific software (Sales Force, Agentic AI, Genie, Databricks, Power
  
  BI).

• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic, dynamic, and loves challenges. Ability to take ownership and ask for help when needed.
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Salary ranges:
The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00–$47.50 per hour and for a Non‑Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50–$42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
