About the Role
:
The candidate will join a diverse and global team working on state‑of‑the‑art wireless and connectivity applications. This position will involve:
- Designing analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
- Guiding layout in advanced technology nodes.
- Documenting design details and present at review meetings.
- Defining experimental test procedures and evaluating silicon in the lab.
- Assisting architecture investigation and technology exploration.
Students graduating between Dec 2025 and Dec 2026 with MS or PhD degree focused on integrated circuit design.
Required Skills- Analysis, design, and debug skill for analog, mixed‑signal, or RF circuits.
- Previous tape‑out experience is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of linear systems and signal processing.
- A solid understanding of semiconductor device physics is highly desirable.
- Experience with use of lab equipment.
- Experience in the use of computer aided design tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Matlab.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Base Salary range: $125,000- $190,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
