Staff Accountant

Our client is an expanding manufacturer that produces high-quality mechanical products for various industries throughout the US and Canada. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our client strives for the highest standards with all their products.

• Oversee monthly financial activities, including but not limited to AP, AR, and General Ledger entries.
• Timely processing of invoices, expenses, reimbursement reports, and related documents.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card reports for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain financial transaction records and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
• Aid with annual and ad-hoc audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

• 2-3 years of related General Ledger accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
• Practical ERP and Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus benefits and performance incentives
