We are seeking a Collections Analyst to join the Accounts Receivable team. This role focuses on reconciling and reducing receivable balances while providing excellent service to external customers. You will collect past-due balances related to rent or purchase order–based receivables and partner cross-functionally to resolve disputes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and reconcile receivable balances for existing customers, driving balances through resolution while ensuring billing and cash application accuracy
- Audit lease documents and purchase orders to validate billing, identify adjustments, and complete required documentation
- Initiate customer contact via telephone and elevate issues to Supervisor review when necessary
- Support a high volume of customers and leases by following defined collection strategies and consistently tracking payment arrangements
- Provide timely and accurate reporting for contract and invoice aging balances
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of collections experience within an Accounts Receivable environment
- Strong follow‑up skills with the ability to manage timelines and customer communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Oracle
- Professional customer service approach
- Attention to detail in financial documentation and reporting
