Horn Bill has a client seeking a Collections Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts (MA).
Duties Include:- Collect and reconcile receivable balances
- Audit lease documents or purchase orders to validate billing
- Initiate telephone contact, maintain follow up customers, and initiate escalation for review when needed
- Administer past due or default notices
- Maintain collection notes
- Provide AR reporting for contracts or invoice aging balances
- Follow up on arrangements made for resolution of outstanding balances
- Knowledge of Sun Gard
- Candidates should have the knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
