Job Description
Part-Time Licensed Esthetician – Live by Skin (Woburn / Winchester, MA)

Live by Skin is a boutique, results-driven skincare studio specializing in advanced facials, corrective treatments, and curated skincare. We're looking for a detail-oriented, kind, and growth-minded Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

If you love acne care, treatment-room efficiency, and making clients feel cared for from the moment they walk in, this may be the perfect fit.

• Wednesday
• Friday
• Weekend:
  Either Saturday or Sunday (at least one weekend day required)
• Additional administrative work or assisting owner/lead esthetician may be available if desired.

Additional hours may be available over time based on performance and demand.

We're looking for an esthetician who is already trained in or has experience with:

• Lash lifts and tints
• Hydra Facial
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Face Reality Certified is a strong bonus (or actively working toward certification)

• Perform results-driven facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydra Facials, and lash lifts/tints
• Deliver exceptional, personalized client care and education
• Write clear, professional treatment notes and client follow-up messages
• Assist with light administrative tasks (booking support, client communication templates, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Restock backbar and retail products as needed
• Follow all Live by Skin protocols, cleaning expectations, treatment SOPs, and safety guidelines

• Current Massachusetts Esthetics License in good standing
• Ability to fluently read and write in English with exceptional grammar
• Exceptional cleanliness and organization skills
• Experience with lash lifts and tints
• Experience with Hydra Facial
• Experience with dermaplaning
• Experience with chemical peels
• Ability to lift 10+ pounds and safely climb a small step stool
• Comfortable with light administrative work and cleaning
• Able to speak fluent English
• Excellent writing and grammar for client follow-ups and chart notes
• Clean, professional, and polished appearance
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful of clients' time
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to help with tasks around the office
• Exceptional at following instructions, protocols, and checklists

Face Reality certification, microneedling certification and experience with Skin Pen, acne-focused experience, or a strong interest in corrective skincare is a plus.
