Base Pay Range$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr

OverviewWe are a non‑profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with various disabilities. Our work is diverse—ranging from teaching individuals how to secure employment and enjoy community outings to offering vital respite care and mentorship. We serve individuals between the ages of 3 and 65, helping them achieve greater independence in all aspects of their lives. We are open Monday thru Sunday, with various shifts available.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, hygiene, household maintenance, food shopping, meal preparation, budgeting, and social skills development.
- Provide ongoing support, role modeling, and guidance in improving personal responsibility, community living skills, and socialization.
- Facilitate leisure activities and encourage engagement in social and recreational activities.
- Transport individuals to appointments, work, and recreational outings.
- Document daily notes on program participants’ progress and any changes.
- Attend review meetings, trainings, and other related appointments as required.
- Car and valid driver’s license (you will be taking individuals into the community in personal vehicles; mileage reimbursement provided).
- Clean driving record. Ability to pass a CORI check.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to helping others.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to be on feet and on‑the‑go for hours at a time, including accompanying clients for walks and other activities.
- Must be comfortable driving clients to and from places, as needed.
- Other duties as required.
