Valued for your expertise in Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) coding, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. Your role will ensure accurate coding of medical records, maintain data integrity, and support healthcare efficiency, translating medical information into standardized codes for quality patient care.

• Accurately code diagnoses and procedures per ICD‑10‑CM and assign CMS 13 group codes.
• Extract information from medical records and input data into PATCOM and UDS Proware, establishing a comprehensive database within professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Uphold JCAHO standards and company policies while ensuring precise medical record abstraction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS preferred. Accredited Health Information Technology/Administration Program graduate or completion of AHIMA Independent Study Program preferred.
• Advanced coding experience in ICD‑10‑CM and CPT‑4 at an accredited institution or vocational school.
• Proficiency with general office equipment and technology.
