Position Summary
Due to an immediate and significant increase in referrals, we actively seeking a compassionate, flexible, and client-focused Outpatient Clinician to join our growing, inclusive team in a newly renovated space. This full-time, fee-for-service role reports to the Clinical Director and includes opportunities for bonuses. The clinician will provide affirming, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based mental health services to clients across the lifespan, within a values-driven practice that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and strong clinician support.

Scheduling
Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client/family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing children/adolescents who attend school during day hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered and culturally responsive individual therapy to a wide range of clients
• Engage clients, families, and caregivers in treatment planning and psychoeducation
• Conduct developmentally informed biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to each client
• Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
• Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
• Provide timely, developmentally appropriate communication to both clients and families

Qualifications

Required:

• Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
• Experience providing therapy to a wide range of clientele
• Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation

Preferred:

• Training or certification in child/adolescent-focused modalities (e.g., play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, parent coaching)
• Experience collaborating with schools and pediatric providers
