Front Desk & Guest Care

We look for people who are passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk means you are the hub of the hotel, interacting with guests daily. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will shape the overall guest experience. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality with a strong sense of responsibility, this is the ideal position for you.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues, ensuring timely satisfaction.
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
  • Handle guest mail and messages while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  • Communicate with various departments and management about guest comments and concerns.
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
